Panda Riot
If I had taken more time in '07 to concentrate on Panda Riot, She Dares All Things would have been included on my favorite albums list. This is by far my favorite band I'm listening to right now, and I encourage everyone to check them out, especially if you're a fan of the sassy shoegaze revival.
