ticket giveaway: Paper Route at Black Cat

Paper Route is currently touring with Passion Pit, and they'll be in DC on Tuesday night. After selling out as a backstage show at Black Cat, this one had to be moved to the mainstage due to the overwhelming demand for tickets.
