Grant-Lee Phillips
Los Angeles, CAI first discovered Grant-Lee Phillips back in ’94 through his band Grant Lee Buffalo. Twelve years later he's a solo artist whose material I can still enjoy, which doesn’t seem to be all that common these days. His latest album is entitled nineteeneighties and is a collection of covers of some of his favorite 80s music. I recommend this one if you like things like Elliott Smith.
